Too many to disclose but let's at least give it a try:
- Commission splits are lowest in town -
- after you sign you will get a surprise - they have many partner companies they get leads from and then your pay is even lower that in the agreement
-rude managers - they will make sure to give you the worst leads for rentals below market price, so they can get better ones because yes - THEY ARE AGENTS TOO
-CEO is too young and delusional, he has no idea about what is happening at his own company, managers screaming at agents is pretty normal ,because he hired his college friends, so guess what - they will never get fired which they are aware of very well
- they have no quality leads. If you want to do sales - forget this and move to the serious brokerage with established reputation
- during the training we were forced by managers (who literally is standing behind you) to write a positive Glassdoor , Google or Yelp comment.
If you go to their google or yelp you will see many agents who are writing reviews as clients - it should give you the idea how "professional" this place is.
- they will make sure you will never do sales.Their contract specifies the number of transactions before you move to sales and they will make sure you keep dealing with low budget rentals for YEARS
