Absolutely zero communication from upper management, office management rarely knows what's going on (so they claim), zero appreciation for employees and the work they do, ABSOLUTELY ZERO opportunity for advancement. No direction. Letting failing lines of business take over successful lines of business. People are treated like a liability as opposed to an asset. Overly PC. No allowed to have fun. Just building up the will power to go in to the office is a full time job.

Upper management fighting for jobs post-acquisition. There are 20 managers fighting for 3 jobs. Everyone below them suffers.
