The position is fully remote

Cons

Micro managing is engrained into every detail of the culture. Employees are passive-aggressively talked down to. Remote surveillance system doesn’t integrate with all required programs; yet “missing” time still held against you. Constantly changing guidelines (high losses = strict guidelines/low production = lenient guidelines.) No consistency with expectations. Unsupportive and insulting management. Demoralizing environment. Avoid at all costs.

There is not a reason to seek employment here. Amynta only seeks to reduce cost at the employees expense.

Cons

Employee of 12 years here, and year after year all I got where empty promises and lies when it came to raises. Despite consistently scoring highly on performance reviews.
