Pros

Most of the people here are friendly, the health benefits are great and they are pretty flexible about taking time off...except that you don't get many vacation days.

Cons

You are discouraged from actually being creative or thinking on your own. The entire company has a scared and overly conservative attitude. Designers are treated like nobodies and not valued in any sense. The pay is horrible as well.

Don't expect a promotion. No formal training . High sales goals with no ramp up. Many Layoffs!Threaten to fire low performers.
