Pros

Health and medical benefits. Reasonable salary.

Cons

Senior management seems out of touch with workforce. They often hire talented people, but seem to lose them. During these challenging times, though they have made progress, but are still mentally locked into a starting point that is ink on paper. It is a top-down, hierarchical organization that believes any staffer should be a generalist that can fill any role and happily be shifted around at will.
