Pros

The people they employ are mostly incompetent, but management is mostly nice.

Cons

Things are always breaking and not getting repaired which sets a low standard for the entire kitchen. Things never temp well on the line and the broiler on the busiest station was broken for months!

Pros

They like to promote within the company

Cons

Many of their restaurants are dirty and falling apart, but instead of really fixing them they keep spending money on opening new locations. The menu is too big and they don’t hire skilled cooks, which leads to a lot of quality issues. The kitchen staff can’t handle the volume and complexity of the recipes, which leads to stress for the front of house staff who is constantly apologizing to their guests.
