It’s definitely a fun establishment to work at and easy to create friends amongst the staff and you make a decent amount of money (as long as you’re not foodrunner!).

Cons

Some days are so slow that you don’t make enough to pay for parking ! They show favoritism (such as paying workers different wages especially when their in tip only positions, allowing cooks to get free meals and drinks knowing they didn’t work a double to earn that !As a server we have to do backbreaking 8hr+ doubles and side work to get anything free! There are also new hosts/bakers that are getting paid $2-$3+ More than Hosts/ bakers who’ve been in the company for years ! Food runner is my WORST FEAR AS A SERVER! 95% of the time you get paid the bare minimum of $4-$5 hr but walk out with less than $50-$60 sometimes less than $30 Monday-Friday and maybe $60-$90 on the weekends! Yeah waste of time ! I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THE COMPANY WONT PAY MINIMUM WAGE TO FOOD RUNNERS! OR HIRE FOOD-RUNNERS INSTEAD OF HAVING SERVERS COME IN ANE WASTE THEIR TIME !Some managers carry the attitudes of a child and can’t communicate ! It’s a lot of drama that some managers indulge in and We also have managers and staff screwing each other!

Pros

The environment is fun, however, mentally & physically demanding. If you value teamwork, have good communication skills, and an extreme discipline over your emotions, then you will last longer than 90% of those who apply, passed the test, and worked at least one day. Also, if you are applying for any position below entry-level management, then you will never make more then minimum wage.
