Business Outlook
Pros
The people you work alongside are great and it helps to make for a comfortable work environment. Most of the Managers are excellent and care about their employee's well being. If you are found favorable there is plenty room for growth.
Cons
The hours are almost always erratic, and you very rarely clock out at the time they have you scheduled for. The pay isn't sufficient for the amount and type of tasks you'll find yourself doing; this however may well be due to the fluctuating restaurant environment.
