Pros

-They don't pay minimum wage -You get free food (sometimes) -Free Cheesecakes as your Christmas gift -Managers can be awesome

Cons

-Typical restaurant hours (long) -RUDE customers -Servers & customers can be pushy & confrontational, so you need a tough skin

Pros

Good workers are taken care of. Long hours but usually there was money to be made if you didn't mind working. As far as restaurant jobs go, Cheesecake Factory is one of the better ones out there. Benefits are offered and the company is growing so there is room to move up in the company if that is your goal. For many people who are just there as a temporary landing spot while they figure out what they want to do, it's a good place to work where you can make good money in an entry level job.

Cons

Corporate Culture sometimes limiting. Sometimes long hours expected of staff
