Pros

The environment is always pleasant and your management team does everything in their power to help you succeed. The company also offers great benefits and is flexible with work hours.

Cons

As a server the money is never constant and often you have ti fight for the good shifts. It's also very hard and stressful work.

Pros

You will have a good time getting to know your coworkers and making lasting friends.

Cons

There are no breaks unless you work a double shift. If you are on an 8 hr shift and thirsty management will yell at you for running to get a drink of water. They often only schedule one person for a specific duty making it almost impossible to go to the restroom. Management is condescending, rude and incompetent.

Pros

I would have quit after one month if I didn't love my coworkers, and we all said the same thing. The training program was good, the only problem was that after training the requirements/responsibilities weren't reinforced, so many 'forgot' their training or just slacked.

Cons

Low pay, employees treated poorly, management was lost, white pants, guests were rude-a guest once called me a handful of names and threw a menu at me, I continued to apologize the entire time because the customer is always right, the manager ended up giving them free cheesecake instead of asking them to leave for assaulting an employee. Terrible work conditions, we would work a 12 hour shift with no break, and if we did get one they forced us to clock out for 30 minutes...so 1 break if we were lucky and it was unpaid. Lots of employees look at a task that needs to be done and don't do it because they know someone else will do it--the person doing the extra work doesn't get rewarded, the person not doing the work doesn't get punished.
