      Pros

      It is good to have some flexibility with scheduling. It is nice to work with people. Knowledge of all the recipes.

      Cons

      You can't ever call out on a snowy/bad weather day. Many people have totaled their cars. The customer is always right even if they are wrong. We reward rude guests by giving them free food and gift cards. The shopper reports can be unfair. All questions must be answered but if a guest does not answer them than they are counted towards the grade. You could lose your job based on a bad shopper report. When you work a double we no longer get free food. Also, we only get 50% off food if we are working.

      Extremely corporate, yet unorganized. Because of this, there seems to be a revolving door with their employees.

      Pros

      I made pretty good money, and great friends...but that's about it. It was close to my home, so there was the convenience factor.

      Cons

      Managers don't hold standards to everyone. They don't enforce the rules on the "favorites." It was very disorganized, we ran out of to-go boxes quit often...straws, etc. The health insurance isn't great either.

      Pros

      free meal every shift is a plus, although it is not too healthy. Hard work gives you a sense of accomplishment.

      Cons

      hard work. Don't look for a job here if you want an easy paycheck. Work is satisfying if you can move around a bit. The same thing every day gets old.
