      Pros

      The company is a well oiled machine, which is why they are so successful. Sometimes it can be annoying doing everything under the "corporate" umbrella, but I have worked for restaurants with poor management and leadership and things just tend to fall apart. At the CCF, they have standards in place to keep operations running as smooth as possible.

      Cons

      - Sometimes the guests - Money can be inconsistent (much more consistent bar tending) - Long hours when short staffed

      High employee turnover for a good reason- treated as entirely expendable. Massive Overhiring, no lunches, etc.....

      Pros

      Strong business- Managers can be very helpful (if you are on their good side... VERY important). Nice place to work if you enjoy the atmosphere. Good hours (once again, if you're liked...). Your experience here is HIGHLY contingent upon being favored by individual managers.

      Cons

      Profits come before anything and everything else. There was a huge amount of overhiring, probably because they treat their employees as expendable and easily replaceable. NO lunches, NO required breaks.

      They are willing to work around your schedule.

      Cons

      The company does not care about you, to them you are just replaceable, but yet try to act as though you are its "greatest asset." They do not have your back in situations dealing with guests, and let guests walk all over the employee to please the guest.
