Pros

The benefits are decent, but if you drop under a certain amount of hours, you lose them.

Cons

My other coworkers definitely bring the drama, especially specific servers. Most of the male servers dont take no for an answer and sexually harass every female they lay their eyes on. The worst part is management doesn't seem to care. Speaking of management, we keep losing the best managers and faining the worst managers I've ever seen.

Pros

50% Discounts for overpriced food ON DAYS U WORK, 25% when u dont work, make good connections, work/school flexibility

Cons

The little pay for the large amount of work u do, No free meals during lunch unless u have a green ticket (which is rare to get in the bakery even if u deserve it), discounts should be higher than 50%, fast pace environment, always get out late around or after 12am, uniforms r ugly (white shirts get dirty & old fast, hats r ugly and annoying), managers dont really care about you, managers play favorites, BAKERY WILL DRAIN U!! The bakery brings out the worst in you and everyone in it. Bakery Department has the highest quitting rate for a reason. Its hectic and stressful everyday, you gotta be good at tripti-tasking, u feel underappreciated with anything you do, managers barely help out, u often feel (forgotten or not important), roaches everywhere, staff (mainly cooks are thirsty creeps and will catcall you any chance they get if ur a female let alone a pretty one, schedualing can be unfair, work all the holidays cant request it off, managers are picky with everything even with the most ridiculous things it can be annoying, coworkers will talk bad about you and will be friendly to your face, they dont really care about their workers. Your a slave to them. Customers are rude and demanding, homeless always come in or outside. Overall bakery is a stressful job that will leave you sweaty, in pain, and mentally drained. I watch people come and go in short periods of time.

Pros

Flexible hours and understanding management

Cons

The bakery is worked just as hard as back of house but without any of the benefits: less pay, no green checks and no way of being cut early. They call the bakery the heart of the restaurant but then treat us like we aren't worth anything. They also expect you to run the bakery and put the truck up at the same time but everyone else's truck is put up by the steward.
