Pros

Some good managers, high energy, worked with my schedule preferences

Cons

Sexual harassment problems swept under the rug, constantly staying hours past scheduled time, aggressive coworkers, only way to move up was to accept a pay downgrade (from 16/hr to 8/hr tipped for baker to cashier, and tips were garbo)

Pros

Mangers are really cool and easy going. Don’t care if you mess up they won’t get mad. Staff are friendly and social environment. You can give almost any shift away and someone will always pick it up. Most times the money is 100 bucks a shift or more. The management was awesome.most times don’t have to bump food off plates in dish area.

Cons

Lots of cons. Roaches. Rats. Made everyone work Sundays and holidays. Most importantly I was a full time employee that only got 1 shift a week during not season time because they have over 100 servers for one location. Never got to work so there was no money coming in at all. Made 100 bucks a week. Most People under tipped. Lots of people didn’t tip at all. Made you work as a food runner once a week even though I applied for a server position. No food runners hired, all food runners are servers required to run food once a week. Kitchen filthy because of dishwashing area. Minimum side work because there are so many employees.

Terrible company

Pros

Higher than average pay for managers

Cons

The company promotes absolute sexist narcissistic men as GMs and Area Directors. HR actively protects womanizing men that lie about female employees. When “investigating” HR will interview one or two people and not the other 10 witnesses in order to blame the female employee over the male GM who is actively harassing everyone. Saying “your pink pants make you look like a pig” and “I know you’ll never love me but..” to a subordinate female manager is so inappropriate it’s pathetic, yet cheesecake will actively protect this kind of people even when they are running the store into the ground.
