Pros

The environment of the restaurant is fun and occasionally staff is rewarded with food.

Cons

Employees were not treated with respect. Breaks are non-existent, even when working close to an 8-hour shift. Management does not care about the need for breaks, even though it is extremely busy and fast-paced almost all the time. Cleaning expectations are incredibly strict and management will make you clean everything 100 times over, even if that requires you to stay an extra two hours over your scheduled 8 hour shift.

Pros

I started as a Baker to become a Cashier... The interview was pretty easy ...

Cons

Working non-stop...double shifts= more than 9 hours with no break .. Managers won't let you take time off when there is an emergency ! I had to quit because I felt like I was I wasn't appreciate with A FREAKING BREAK .. so busy daily which makes the time go by but your going to be a in bad mood everyday with your employees attitudes and customers...THE PAY IS NOT WORTH THE PAIN AND STRESS!

Pros

Reduced meal on breaks and free coffee

Cons

Management turned horribly lazy after restaurant opened. Favoritism. New employees were in charge of dishwashers. People acted as if they were doing work to make themselves look good. Managers do NOT care about you. Had an accident and when asking for help a manager told me to go away and get back to work because they were busy. Talked to other staff members, waiters did not split tips properly. Worked 80+ hours a week. Break and shift meal not guaranteed. Almost no days off. Staff came in drunk and smelling like weed. Also saw employees taking liquor. Helped prep food but no additional pay. No career advancement. Working here is like running a race and everyone is told they're in 1st place and that they're going to be rewarded.
