      Pros

      As a longtime employee, I recognize that the benefits are a good pkg, esp. pto. There are many "good" people still working in the company but many more have left thus far due to corp overhaul.

      Cons

      With mgmt change, everything is 9-11 important. Corp comm is not timely nor cleary written which makes it challenging for field to execute. The payroll is reduced making it increasingly difficult to execute the direction. Sr leadership rarely has praise.

      Pros

      Started with this company as a sales associate and moved up. Great environment, very diverse people. Corporate management is extremely helpful and educational in person. Great pay, excellent benefits. Very flexible. Great opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Honestly, the only reason I left was because of the complete lack of respect from my district manager. He was very biased toward giving older people more pay, and giving them more the time of day. Made a lot of empty promises. He just shoved all of his tasks onto the other store managers in the district, and was completely unprofessional most of the time.
