Pros

All of the employee's at the company are very open and helpful. You are always welcomed to ask questions. The environment is built for you to learn as much as you are willing to learn. Management goes to great strides to foster a open door policy. They try to make themselves as open as possible. Management is also will to go to bat for you when you are in the right! This is a welcome change compared to other management I've previously worked for.

Cons

The only downside I see is that if you do not plan on working. This place is not for you.

Pros

Very amazing company to work for and learn for sure I recommend this place to all young technicians. Very straight forward and fair people to work for. I see people complaining about not being able to work from home at this company how is that even possible? This is a customer based, deskside tech hands on type of place. I truly enjoyed working there. If I hadn’t been previously spoiled by big corporations when it comes to work culture and salary Who knows what opportunities I may have had at TCH.

Cons

The management will definitely have you thinking “who the heck do you think you’re talking to” at times if you slip up just a little bit work wise.... when it pertains to disciplinary actions they are pretty strict. (Not trying to sound like a weak a** crybaby or anything lol) just an observation.

Pros

I'm still in contact with a few of the employees at this place. I have noticed a change in the way that the company is run. Moral is improved, I believe this place will be a great place to work as the changes that have been done and are being made are greatly improving the company. Keep up the good work.
