Pros

The Computer Hut has accomplished what most MSP only wish for, stability, diversity and a wealth of opportunity for anyone looking to work with a exciting company. With a client list of small to medium size businesses all over the state. They have found their place in Arkansas as one of the top MSP's in the state.

Cons

I have not had any real concerns as a employee dealing with management. They do follow the traditional work criteria. Strict M-F, 8-5 routine. Nothing that you would not expect from a well managed company

Pros

The work environment is very calm and everyone works together. There are no attitudes and there are many people to learn from.

Cons

I don't really think it's a con, but you do have to keep a pager phone for a week for after hour help for clients,

Best company I've ever worked for

Pros

The company has great core principles and the right focus, putting more emphasis on doing a good job, developing a good relationship with clients and having a humble attitude than watching profits (which naturally come anyway when the focus is the former). Great benefits, regular company events, a real team atmosphere, and the amount I've learned even after 16 years prior IT experience is amazing. As the title says, best company I've ever worked for!
