Pros

Bonuses can be good if you can put up with harassment, a high turnover rate, working off the clock and management looking the other way.

Cons

Harassment, a high turnover rate, being forced to work off the clock, unsafe situations not handled by management and double standards. They most certainly do NOT do the right thing. People do not count. There is no success when you're that corrupt (and it really started to show.) They can't keep people there long term but want you to think long term for them (while getting rid of people left and right.) And management is relentless in doing what they can to drive away good people.

Pros

Pay 100% health benefits. Pay is very enticing.

Cons

Does not have HR department. Must be a cultural fit within the group of people you are mostly around, not within the company itself. Can’t express concerns of management without being told you don’t have thick skin. Must allow upper management to speak to you poorly or else you will be considered weak and not a cultural fit. Overall a poor company with poor ethics.

Pros

Pay is good and they reward you for hitting very hard goals.

Cons

6 day work weeks. Hostile work environment. Long work hours. 60-65 a week if you want to hit your goals. If you had an impossible goal and miss it by 1, nobody gets commission or bonus. The real victims are the residents. Treated so poorly and we have to lie and lie to make sure no money is spent to help anyone. Leaving here was the best thing I did. It is NOT worth the higher salary. I took a $20,000 pay cut and have never been happier to have my quality of life back.
