Pros

My co-workers and the maintenance staff were wonderful.

Cons

Where do I start... * Goals are set ridiculously high so that you can never achieve them, and when you do hit them then they are raised even higher the next month. You will rarely get paid a commission despite working your butt off. *They say that they strive for excellence, but they strive to make the most money in the shadiest ways possible. That includes not taking care of the resident's needs, not keeping the community clean, and charging insane fees for utilities when TCG own the utilities company that it bills through. *There is absolutely no work life balance. You get maybe one weekend off a month, but you work 12+ days in a row after your weekend off due to the structure of their pay schedule. *Be prepared to develop anxiety and not sleep due to the pressure of the job from management.

We appreciate you highlighting the positives about your team! That said, many of the claims in your review simply don’t reflect how we operate. We’re proud of our high standards, but they’re never designed to be unachievable. We take resident experience, community cleanliness, and associate well-being seriously, and we do not believe that success comes at the cost of integrity. Best of luck with your future endeavors.

Pros

The only pro I can think of was I liked some of my coworkers.

Cons

Managers are very disrespectful The whole model of their culture is to constantly criticize you. How you walk how you talk how you sit. I was getting lectured and micromanaged 95% of the time I was working. I was lied to by recruiters the entire time. I was told I had to work only 1 Saturday a month. Ended up working every single Saturday. I was told that I would get paid $100 per apartment rented. That was a lie as well. I got paid $30 dollars per apartment if I didn’t meet my goals and the goals were set ridiculously high so that I would never hit them and never make my full commission. I say this because if you compared it to how slow we were to our goals it just didn’t make sense. They hire and fire people without any remorse. I’ve seen so many great people get let go and they worked so hard. This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. Stay far far away.

We’re sorry you feel your experience didn’t reflect the culture we strive for, but some of the claims like being judged on how you “walk or sit,” are simply not accurate and don’t reflect who we are. We’re upfront about expectations, including compensation and schedule, and when we fall short, we own it and improve. And to be clear, we do respect our associates. That’s a non-negotiable in our culture. Thanks for sharing your feedback.
