great pay, awards ceremonies to recognize employees & their work in every market as well as nationally, healthcare benefits, 401k, plenty of incentives, great teaching/training programs, everyday you work goes toward helping underprivileged children with our non profits to get the fair & right/better education they need to improve & be prepared for future life as they get older

Cons

constantly busy (if you don't like/can't keep up with that), sometimes you aren't heard until the problem becomes bigger/overwhelming, bad communication with certain positions sometimes not all the time

Good Benefits, competitive salary, decent bonus program, hours 9-6. M-f. As a technician or turn tech, the work life balance is pretty good. Your hours are usually 9:00 to 6:00 6:30 everyday Monday through Friday. Major holidays off with pay. 401k match increases with time at company, past 4 years I believe our insurance premiums have not increased at all. Paid time off. On job training

Cons

Rotating emergency phone for technicians (comes with job so it's not something unexpected) Workload can sometimes feel overwhelming. But as long as you're a good worker. You can overcome those obstacles quickly.

My experience at The Connor Group over the past 3 years has been life changing for me and my (growing) family. Over the past 3 years, I have been challenged daily to be better. Prior to working here, I had hit a plateau in my previous field and am very grateful I made this leap of faith. If you are a passionate and driven individual who embraces direct feedback, you will be successful! As a leader, I appreciate the ability to reward and recognize my top performers as well as hold them accountable in the interest of making them better. Cons

As mentioned in other reviews, work life balance can be tough when first starting. This has been a focus for the company over the past year and has gotten much better. This can be manageable with proper planning and prioritization. Both are things that you receive lots of training and tools to be successful at!
