Great physicians, able to grow within the company, lots of experience

Cons

Frequent change in management, expanding rapidly but not putting money/effort into Existing offices, no bonuses/incentives, overworked MAs

Growing rapidly based inn Arizona, 4 clinics in Michigan, and recently opening of a clinic in Louisiana. I enjoy working in orthopedic sports medicine.
