Pros

It is a job and you get paid.

Cons

Not a nice place to work, high turnover. No new hire training, and the worst computer system ever. There is no work/life balance, your work is your life. There is no Team work and many double standards

Pros

Office teamwork; you will never have to worry about your hours being cut; you are able to move about in the departments of the company; a fast-growing company that has many open positions for employment

Cons

Very long hours; burn-out; the fast growth of the company is great, but there aren't enough employees to accommodate the growth; high-turnover rate
