Pros

No weekend or holiday hours.

Cons

Cliques, preferential treatment, hostile atmosphere, mismanaged/micromanaged. Non competitive pay scale, workers often asked to take multiple roles and furlough, so company comes in under budget.

Some Dr's think it's funny to yell at you until you cry, make you say you did something wrong when you didn't. Power trip.
