Pros

You work on the beach at "the T" in Gulf Shores Alabama. There isn't a more beautiful sight. During the summer if you work hard enough as a server you can make upwards of $300 a night. Huge pride in the logo and what it represents. The Shaka.

Cons

Management is horrific and actually caused probably 70% of the lead servers to quit over the period of two months this summer.
