Pros

Very supportive peers and team members. A great place to test your foundational skills, and build on top of them. You are able and encouraged to speak freely about your opinions. If you show knowledge and interest in a project/initiative, you are encouraged to take on that project, and are well supported to do so. Easy to get in touch with management and most upper management, regardless of your seniority.

Cons

Some members of management are not cognizant to staff burnout, despite reports from both staff and within management. Pay does not accurately reflect duties or skill. Pay increases do not account for additional duties or demonstrated skills, even if you provided a quantifiable benefit to the business beyond what is expected. Next to no opportunities for growth - company prefers to hire rather than promote. Questionable investment in the company, preferring to purchase numerous companies instead of hiring for understaffed departments or increasing pay to ensure employee retention.

The IMA Group Response

IMA has substantial growth opportunities for all employees and frequently promotes from within. IMA is a company that values its employees and we work hard to retain and reward our employees. We are sorry you felt otherwise and wish we could have changed your perception.

Pros

Can’t think of anything good/pro!

Cons

You or your opinion matter to them! Dr. Pulver nor the board know what is really going on and the way the company is being run. VP and rest of the management are only out for themselves and spread rumors. The HR department reacts to things based on who you are. One day you will be told to go left and the next day they will say they never told you that they said go right! Worse place to work. No respect or consideration for the providers or staff. Will work you to a burn out then write you up for using your PTO which is not a lot!
