Flexible hours, no oversight of your work

No company culture, no friendly camaraderie among office staffs. Tools to do your job are not provided in a timely manner or at all. Patients are difficult even just meeting in waiting room. A lot of psychos coming in making ruckus. I never even knew who my direct boss was to address these issues to
