The IMA Group is a caring company towards their employees. They are very flexible with their employees needs during this difficult time of Covid. The safety of their employees is a top priority. There is a definite positive atmosphere with working with this company. There’s a lot of room for growth and they like to promote within.

Cons

Maybe an increase in starting salary.
