The team I worked with was great. Made a few good friends. Learned a few new skills.

Cons

Management is horrible. Schedule doesn’t make sense. Employees aren’t listened to. Manager who makes schedule isn’t in the office and rebels when you make a change that “works”. The manager also has no medical training for a medical facility.

I am so sorry to hear you feel this way after working with us for more than one year. We are very upfront about the schedules from the beginning and the expectations are discussed at the interview. This location happens to have one of our most loved managers by our staff and clients.

Pros

Professional environment with great people to work with. Friendly and helpful co-workers, but no obligatory birthday parties :) I've learned a lot of new skills, was given much freedom in executing my tasks. The IMA Group is getting bigger and there are some "growing pains" associated with it, but it also gives you a chance to grow with them. On the other hand, it still isn't one of the big companies, where you feel like a small cog in a huge wheel.

Cons

Not sure if that's a con, but there is no time to socialize and idle talk. Still, at the end of the day you have a feeling that your got your work done.

Very professional environment. No after work activities that could ruin your personal plans for your time off. Great work-life balance (you can assume you will be out of the office on time). Nice work atmosphere, friendly coworkers.
