      The only good thing about this place is there flexible schedule and that is it.

      Cons

      Horrible management. You leave IMA in good terms and they tell you if you ever want to come back they will hire you again. That is a lie. They ignore you. So why bother ending in good terms. This place underpays their employees and expects them to work like animals. These people don’t even now how to give their employees a compliment after working so hard. Don’t ever work for them.

      We are very sorry to hear such a review. We certainly value all of our employees and recognize our Medical Assistants play a very key role in the process at our medical offices. Although we can't speak to your situation, we hope that are employees are statisfied and do not leave IMA. It seems contradictory that you would post such a negative experience if you wanted to return.

      Great if you want to learn! Great if you want the experience & the experience to want to work with different clientele of different backgrounds! Great if you want to improve interpersonal skills and how to communicate effectively. It’s a learning experience! Take what you can.

      Cons

      Management sucks! Management is heartless! They don’t care about their workers! Pay sucks, benefits suck! You don’t have a life working here! Your life revolves around IMA! Management has favorites and don’t count on the chief complaint officer to defend the workers. Don’t have children or a husband or a sick parent at home or be sick yourself or last minute life situations happen to you if you plan on working here.
