You have to travel to all the accounts, and there's always all kinds of gossip. The manager was horrible

Close to home was my first job after completing my medical assistant training. Hours that work around my children’s schedule.

Very disorganized, dirty facility, Provider actually walked out last week when IMA messed up her training and computer. No training given

The IMA Group Response

A structured training is provided to all staff. The first day of starting at IMA begins with Orientation and is followed by training specific to the service provided. From medical assistants, schedulers to physician and psychologist, IMA has developed training manuals and programs for new employees.
