IMA employees do consent to a background check prior to employment. New hires must pass this prior to being offered a position. We also seek to hire qualified and experienced personnel.

There have been many recent promotions from within the Accounting department. Hopefully you are checking for those opportunities and applying for them. Most can be found on our intranet site, office bill boards and from HR.

IMA requires all new hires to complete orientation through our HR department. We also have formalized training programs and manuals for all level staff. We have written policies in place and encourage all employees to report any type of harassment in the workplace. We find this allegation alarming and encourage you to tell your supervisor or HR more on this.
