      Pros

      Rapidly growing company that is stable and successful. Promotion from within is encouraged. With many offices, the ability to transfer is a great option to have. Management actually listens to feedback from the employees as evidenced by many improvements in recent years.

      Cons

      New staff can sometimes become overwhelmed as there is a definite learning curve and the workload can be very challenging at times. The people who are most successful are those that are wiling and able to adapt.

      Pros

      I love working here, because it is a very positive work environment. I feel valued, and respected. I also appreciate that they prefer to hire from within. I am a perfect example of that, as I had 2 promotions in less than two years with this company. Not long after I started working here, I recommended to my friend to apply for a job here, and she has been working here just a few months less than I have, and was recently also promoted for the 2nd time. They offer paid vacation, and Holidays. Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K plans.

      Cons

      I really can't think of anything that I don't like about working here.

      Awesome Company with lots of Opportunities

      Pros

      This is a growing company that promotes within and rewards it employees with lots of opportunity for growth and development. Leadership and Management are supportive and encouraging. Formal training is provided for this specialty niche company. It provides an opportunity to learn a specialized business that helps the disabled and veterans alike.

      Cons

      If you do not want to be challenged and grow professionally and get by with a mediocre job performance, it may not be a job for you.
