      Pros

      Very steady workflow, with constant client contact. Good support staff, with well organized scheduling.

      Cons

      Inadequate security, given the high risk population. No on-site security and no policies around clients bringing in drugs or weapons made the work unnecessarily risky.

      We are a bit puzzled by this review. It is accurate that IMA does have a steady workflow. For most providers that is a desirable expectation. The DC office has security and a doorman in the lobby of our building. We have not had a need or request for additional security.

      Incompetent Leadership

      Honestly, can’t think of one.

      Cons

      No leadership. Everyone needs their hand held especially middle and upper management . No positive reinforcement. No lunch breaks. 37.5 hour work weeks. Upper management doesn’t communicate with office supervisors . Manipulative mid management. No organization or actual training processes & basically the company is looking for robots who have no opinion and like crappy super expensive benefits all whilst being micromanaged on every single detail. If you’re a self starter and ambitious, I’d look elsewhere.

      Pros

      horrible work place , inexperienced manager,poor administration, loud ,no professionalism in the front desk girls.

      Cons

      want employee do every thing with less salary and every things to be known by the employee but not necessarily need known by the manager. Hire less experience manager and convicted for child abuse person as manager. Manager had no respect for the employee.

      IMA employees do consent to a background check prior to employment. New hires must pass this prior to being offered a position. We also seek to hire qualified and experienced personnel.
