Pros

Strong growth coupled with a corporate philosophy of cross training to prepare employees for advancement. Great environment if you have a strong work ethic and a skill set that contributes to your area of responsibility. Open lines of communication that enable those with good ideas to shine and be recognized for their contributions.

Cons

The pros I listed above are the only good things about this job. If you like working in a trashy environment with a bunch of burnt out employees then this is the place for you. The scheduling operations manager is a complete classless joke and the place is run on zero ethics. Working here is like repeating the tenth grade all over again. The training is also a joke, you're basically set up for failure. Mentally the paycheck is NOT worth it.

Cons

Management is terrible. They treat employees as disposable trash. Threats, bullying, and intimidation are tactcs used by supervisors. They do not follow their own employee manual. Supervisors lie to cover their mistakes. It's like a revolving door. People quit daily because they are treated so poorly. They do not appreciate hard workers.
