Pros

It's as much as you make of it, so if you are personable, intelligent and hardworking you will do well.

Cons

Some roles can be high demanding depending on which client(s) you work on and how much support you may have.

Pros

The people are enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Employees leave but are never replaced. Instead, the work is spread to other employees. The remaining employees are not compensated for the increased workload (monetarily, anyway. We did occasionally get an email telling us "good job"). Managerial employees, however, are replaced immediately. Managerial employees leave frequently.

Pros

New CEO might be their savior. In full disclosure, I worked for Imagine Express, but the con below are an enterprise wide issue IMO.

Cons

Where to start... The pay was adequate, maybe even fair for the work I was doing. With a project manager title, I'd expect to do project manager work, but alas, I was a glorified CSR, not really doing any actual project manager functions. Healthcare benefits were ok, pretty much on par with other companies it's size. 401k match was pretty much a joke. Besides my job title being grossly misleading to the actual work performed, it was shameful how middle and upper management completely disregarded any feedback from subordinates to streamline processes and/or protect the company and clients from errors. Middle and upper management just kept their heads down and chugged along with the status quo while the incoming business continued to dwindle well before COVID came along. Management buried their heads in the sand as production employee began to leave in mass exodus, and rather than give remaining employees opportunities for overtime to meet customers demands, they chose to drastically cut production capabilities, leaving equipment ideal while PM's and sales staff were stuck watching their clients go elsewhere with their business. Management too ZERO responsibility for their actions and blamed the downturn in business on sales and PM's.
