Not much good to speak of good here.

Cons

Just a bunch of pretentious, age discriminating idiots here. They attempt making everything like it’s rocket science, literally creating more work for themselves and everybody on the team. What a joke! Also, the chemicals used in these facilities stink to high heaven and aren’t good for anyone with allergies or asthma.

The usual incompetent management

Pros

The work isn't hard, and the pay is pretty good comparitively speaking.

Cons

Management has no idea how to retain good employees or hire new ones. There's no effort being made to recruit from local schools, because recruitment staff wants to get all their new employees from schools multiple hours away, just because they're alumni. We're hemmorhaging loyal employees because they're being asked to do the work of 2 or 3 people, and being offered laughably low raises (a couple dollars max) as compensation.

Cons

Expect you to work 60 hours a week when they pay you very low salary, they lay off people who have been loyal to the company for 20+ years, always oversell and over promise things but can't deliver
