Pros

The Key Program provides wonderful training and experience across all entry level jobs. They have a good benefits system and the salaries are very fair based on position. Residential and Outreach jobs are very active.

Cons

Depending on your position, some long hours are required.

Pros

The management cares about the youth they are serving. They make a strong effort to ensure that the needs of the youth come before anything. There are very high expectations that the employees work within the same mindset. If that is not your passion, this is not the job for you

Cons

The residential case workers are truly overwhelmed. There does not appear to be a great deal of support for the position. Some very talented individuals come to work for the agency and may leave quickly due to feeling overworked. The human resources department needs to put forth a stronger effort to recruit staff.
