Pros

- Mission-driven org actively trying to solve our planets most important environmental issues - Knowledgeable, passionate, considerate, kind colleagues - Interesting, dynamic work - Generous and kind donor community - In the last few years, and especially during the Pandemic, I've felt very well taken care of by the organization - understanding and compassion seems to be at the forefront of decisions

Cons

- Some inefficiencies with processes - There could be better resources sharing between state chapters/programs and the global organization

Pros

Global organization that is based on science. Thorough onboarding process and staff support. Many employees have a long tenure with the org. Well organized, thoughtful strategic plan, and incredible staff and volunteer leadership. Ample resources both physical (shared vehicle) and non-physical (training and robust online community) Amazing donors who are generous and engaged!

Cons

Opportunities do not frequently open due to low turnover rate. ;)

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to leave your review! I'm especially glad to hear your onboarding process was supportive and thorough! That's such a critical piece! We do have one of the lowest turnover rates, so while opportunities may not be readily available I hope you take advantage of the programs for professional development. :) Please feel free to reach out to your HRBP or recruiting@tnc.org if you'd like to be connected with resources.
