Thank you for your feedback. I feel disheartened about your experience. We want to assure you that TNC is committed to diversity and inclusion. Our senior leadership has recently launched new initiatives to address gender equity and provide more opportunities, engagement and visibility for all women at TNC. This include fellowships, all women Gender Equity Advisory Council and more. We are analyzing our hiring process and ensuring we are focusing on the development of women leadership. As an organization, we are open to discussing challenges we face and ways to improve. This month, there will be a webinar open to all employees about the evolution of gender equity at TNC and will allow for open dialogue. We would be happy discuss any additional feedback and ways to improve. Please contact us at recruiting@tnc.org.
