Pros

Most people are very nice. The mission is wonderful. A lot of great benefits and decent healthcare options.

Cons

Expect to be EXTREMELY OVERWORKED. Doing three full-time jobs for a low salary is insane for a Billion, yes Billion dollar company. Pay your employees what they are worth and not just reward leadership. Do not feel safe going to HR, they will work against you if you aren't leadership. Leadership will be protected at all costs no matter if they blatantly break rules or harass other staff members. You would think that internal employees would have a leg up in advancing their career, but many managers will blatantly ignore even over qualified internal staff for outside options who have "loftier" titles. There is no consistency across the organization and working for Global is like a different world compared to the regional teams. DEIJ is completely performative and for appearances rather than authentic. TNC is very corporate and they truly don't care about your safety or feelings, even if leadership sends you down the wrong road you will be the one blamed and not leadership. Be wary working here.

Pros

- Tackling the world's most vexing problems, it's humbling and motivating to be part of a team that strives to be better, faster, smarter, more efficient, more creative every day. - Amazing colleagues and great culture - A+ ethical standards, training, and SOPs - Really striving to be more inclusive and diverse - Inspiring CEO - Dedicated to elevating women at all levels of the organization - but especially at senior levels - Competitive salaries and benefits - Incredible track record of promoting from within - Did I mention our mission rocks?

Cons

- With so many passionate and motivated colleagues it can be really hard to discipline yourself to disconnect from work (despite the organization's A+ efforts to foster work-life balance) - Working for a decentralized, global organization demands extraordinary collaboration and that can be exhausting and feel clunky at times (but ultimately the outcomes are better)
