Pros

The company as a whole, as well as my specific business unit, cares about employee well-being, work-life balance, and is very respectful. They offer an 8% match on your 401K after one year.

Cons

Some business units do not have the same healthy and happy environment. Stewardship staff (who are doing the heart of our work) should get paid more.

Pros

If you are mission-driven and enjoy being around like-minded, but diverse people, this is a great place to work. Large enough to have a solid infrastructure with an entrepreneurial spirit to try new ideas.

Cons

Because it is a large, matrixed organization, quite a bit of time is spent in meetings.
