Pros

The benefits and culture are fantastic! Work-life balance, mental health, and professional development are strongly emphasized throughout TNC. The projects I work on are so fulfilling as well which improves the overall quality of my work. There also seems to be growth potential with the organization focused on work objectives and future plans throughout the evaluation process. Overall, it has been a great experience and a great company to work for!

Cons

Many positions are remote and require initiative and motivation to complete your tasks. Some people may find it difficult to stay focused.
