      Great Organization!

      Pros

      Culture, values, great mission, collaborative work, great and friendly coworkers, rewarding work. Yes the process takes a little bit, but if you are determined to such a cause, this won’t be any problem. For me the hiring process and how long it took was great for me, it gave me time to organize and start fresh!

      I don’t think there is any cons. Really good company.

      I appreciate the on boarding, the training, and the mental well-being that TNC promotes. Great work life balance and a wonderful team who understands that life comes first.

      So far there has not been a downside to TNC
