Pros

Company culture is helpful, positive and inspiring. You work for a company that takes care of you and has your best interest in mind. There is always an opportunity to move to different departments/divisions and work on new things with new teams. Always surrounded by passionate people. Benefits are great!

Cons

The only con is upward mobility is difficult, but you can make lateral moves if you want a change.

This was one of the best work experiences I've ever had. They have great people who are very knowledgeable in their field. Getting access to fabulous preserves and learning about the flora and fauna was amazing.

Cons

There are no cons to that come to mind.
