*Communication* Not good. They will tell you one thing and go back on their word or say "I never said that" *Career Development* Non existent. If your hired in the position your probably stuck in the position. *Management* Looks down on people like they are below them. The management team has no clue on how to handle their employees. You can be written up just by not saying hi to someone and they complain about it. They will tell you that you will be promoted and then take it back for no reason. *Two face managers* No need for explanation *Entitled* Program specialists, Coordinators and Directors feel entitled. If it's something they don't like they need it taken care of right away and don't care how it effects their subordinates.
