The Onin Group is a company that goes above and beyond being an employer. In my 3 years with Onin Staffing I have been treated with respect, treated like family and have been shown that I DO MATTER in this not so nice world at times. I will be an Employee and Family member of the Onin Group as long as they will have me. They go above and beyond to help their employees as well by providing good benefits, job perks, and a most importantly a sense of worth.

Cons

The only Con I can think of is that EVERYONE out there doesn't YET know what an AWESOME Company the Onin Group is!

Enjoyed helping people connect with new job opportunities. Decent work hours. Sick and vacation time eligibility decent. Some possibility for bonuses, depending on location.

Cons

Bad management. Rules constantly changing. Expected to find people to hire even if pool you have to choose from full of druggies. Low pay, no raises. Co-workers back stabbers. Advancement opportunity is low.

Onin is the best company I have worked for. They care about their employees and enable us to succeed. They exhibit incredible leadership from the top executives to the teammates. We are one of 80 branches, but our Home Office treats us like we are their only branch; always taking care of us, giving us advice, and answering our questions.

Cons

Really, there are so many good things about working for Onin. They offer 401K, tons of discounts, professional development plans, and they promote from within. They give you the tools that you need to succeed without holding back any knowledge.
