Pros

401K- maybe. Nice amount of paid time off.

Cons

After a year of working there they started firing employees who had been there 25+ years without a severance package, because they couldn't afford to keep up their salaries anymore. A year after i left, 90% of the company had quit or been fired. My boss threatened to fire my entire team several times for small infractions. There was no HR person, if you tried to complain about someone you would either get that person fired, or you would be fired instead.
