Business Outlook
Pros
Pinnacle provideds good flexibility and the people are great to work with. They have a family oriented culture and provide good work-life balance. They treat their employees fair, and I felt as though they do what they can to help people out by providing educational reimbursement and providing other opportunities.
Cons
Pinnacle is a relatively small company, so it does not have the same resources that a larger corporation might have. The family oriented work-life balance focus is both good and bad, and at times can be frustrating when something needs to get done but nobody is around after 5 pm. Some of the benefits are not as good as larger companies.
