Pros

Didn't really find any pros to write about.

Cons

The managers never stick to their word. will promise you something and then take a complete U-turn and if things go south, you take the blame. the one in Pune is a franchisee owned one, DO NOT join it. they will keep the money you deserve, make false promises, not just to you but also to the students who walk in. i am surprised how the institute is still running in Pune.

Stable Pay but lots of Administrative Weaknesses

Pros

The best thing about working here is that they pay their employees on time. In addition, most of the people that work there are generally nice people.

Cons

The biggest problem here is the people at the top. Having to report everything that you do constantly is just a huge time drain, especially since most of what you suggest or write gets seemingly ignored anyways. While the majority of the work was done in the Samseung office, everything had to be reported back to the head office in Apgujeong. This back and forth was just simply inefficient.

Pros

Very accommodating when devising the work schedule for instructors. Management and office staff are very friendly to work with they seem to have a genuine interest in helping instructors do well.

Cons

Depending on where you live, there may not be enough courses offered to accommodate all the instructors, and the less hours you get, the less you get paid.
